   Was pending until March 1st happened The DoD Inspector General initiated investigation of Gerald Loeb, Col. Geoff Ling, USD-I Cambone, and Alfred Mann, but cited a lack of DOD jurisdiction over "non-DoD intelligence activities" and CIA Director Hayden, however Gerald Loeb's telemedicine and biomedical device activities at the Mann Institute and USC are funded under sub-contract to Naval Space Warfare (SPAWAR) prime contract #N6600106C8005. It has been suggested that a dual military and intelligence classification exists and rather than allowing oversight by either agency, the dual status is instead being used to simutaneously deny access to either Inspector Generals office by invoking the other agency jurisdiction. Agent Mark Holloman at the Valencia DODIG Resident Agency (located next to the Mann Foundation) was obstructed from investigating and to his credit, he cited lack of jurisdiction over the CIA, but he also attempted to use Morgellons propaganda as "top cover". Interestingly, the only records included in case #103586 were disclosures that DID NOT mention the SPAWAR contract. The SPAWAR disclosures and everything after March 1st went into a Special Access black hole and were not included in case #103586.
