A new civil action was filed under seal in U.S. District Court, Central Division in Los Angeles naming the FCC, Alfred Mann Foundation, and Michael Hayden in his official capacity as Director of the CIA as defendants. The filing seeks injunctive relief and damages incurred as a result of the CIA's deployment of biomedical technology "sources and methods" as part of a domestic surveillance and interrogation program.
