02/24/2009A new civil action was filed under seal in U.S. District Court, Central Division in Los Angeles on February 24, 2009 naming the FCC, the Alfred Mann Foundation and Michael Hayden in his official capacity as Director of the CIA as defendants. The filing seeks injunctive relief as well as damages incurred as a result of domestic deployment of implantable biomedical technology. View Civil Litigation
