The response from the CIA disclosed that the documents requested are "Classified pursuant to an Executive Order in the interest of National Security" (exemption b1), and pertain to the CIA Director's statutory obligation to protect "Intelligence Sources and Methods" (exemption b3). Larson Media Founder Dave Larson was directly involved in development efforts dating back to 1997 as a research subject and biomedical engineering student, and has an informal relationship with DOD and CIA/OMS contract personnel. After discovering misuse of the technology domestically against Americans for partisan purpose, and and significant felony criminal misconduct deterimental to National Security, Dave Larson became a Whistleblower with significant information about how, and why, the DOJ/OLC torture memos came to exist. The information related to the development of the biomedical technology, and the March 18, 2008 disclosure from the CIA FOIA Office, brings to light significant and information that is directly relevant to investigations and potential prosecution of Bush Administration officials. Read more to find out what the Bush Administration has done to prevent Dave Larson from making appropriate disclosures to Congress and Agency Inspector Generals, to prevent him from obtaining legal counsel, and the extraordinary lengths that the Bush Administration went to to obstruct civil review by the judicial branch and courts.
